it's amazing...

i finally found something that the computer at work actually lets me use! myspace is forbidden. friendster is forbidden (i don't really use that much anymore anyway, but i'm desperate!). yahoo games, any sort of online games actually, are forbidden. thank god i can check the missed connections on craigslist. even though i'll never be one because i never leave the house except to go to and from work. getting up at 5am kinda really sucks! now don't get me wrong, i like my job and all. it's just been really really slow this week and there's pretty much nothing for me to do from 9am-1pm...except snack on the left over continental breakfast. which i take full advantage of, and it's starting to show :( between that and thanksgiving i should never be allowed to eat again.

so enough about work. i'm going to detroit! i'm leaving today right after work. i hope my car can make it. it made it all the way to cedar point this summer, but it's been acting funny lately. i asked my dad if he thought i should take it somewhere to get it looked at and he says "just wait til it dies. then you'll know there's something wrong with it." thanks dad, your words are so encouraging. after all my christmas shopping i will be saving up to buy a vw jetta. i can't wait.

ps. it's exactly 4 months til my birthday!
